I very much appreciate Matthew's hospitality. He is as friendly and accommodating of a host as one can ask for.
The spot is in a fantastic location. It's a 2 minute walk from the grocery store, coffee shop, CVS, with restaurants, parks, and storefronts close by as well.
The apartment is very nice, as is the yard. It is a good value and I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone who is visiting Houston.
