We had a wonderful stay at Pettys Place unit 3. The unit was exactly as pictured, very clean and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic for us! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Houston.

Another GREAT 4 week stay in one of Matt's places!! CLEAN, QUIET, COMFORTABLE...could not have been better place to stay while working nursing assignment in nearby dialysis clinic. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay. The house is beautiful. Nicely decorated and well stocked. We all loved the hot tub, pool and game room. Location was great for our visit with family who live in New Braunfels. We would definitely stay there again.

Petty Place Unit 2 was excellent! Just the perfect size for our needs. The unit was spotless and fresh and loved having the split unit air in the bedroom as well as room darkening shades as my wife is recovering from surgery. One suggestion I would have is to change the shower head to a sprayer arm. Otherwise the unit was fabulous, in a good location and very quiet area. We highly recommend it.

New place so very clean and updated. Around the corner from my daughter in the heights so served our purpose perfectly. Comfortable for 2 people. Also bonus with both tvs smart tvs and access to premium channels. Clean new styled for today

Felt very comfortable at Petty’s Place. The unit was fully renovated with updated furnishings and amenities. Everything was fully stocked. It felt like home and a hotel at the same time! The toiletries smelled amazing. We loved the coffee bar. Thanks so much for hosting my family and I!

Great house and layout. I have a pretty negative predisposition of short term rentals as my home neighborhood is literally taken over by them and I have one on each side of me. I HATE them. It's clear that Matt has made every effort to blend into the neighborhood and not be a nuisance. Matt has totally equipped the place with all the things you'd need, I was impressed. Of note - There is a step stool for toddlers in a bathroom cabinet (I had been using a suitcase to put kiddo on...) my one recommendation is to add kitchen dish rags, replace the kitchen dish brush and replace the game room rug by the jenga. Due to a downpour, we came in through the garage/gameroom and the first thing I saw was a heavily stained rug. The rest of the place is pretty nice but that was not a good first impression for $700/night. There are also a lot of rules and I'm a rule follower so I tried to pay attention to everything but it was a little stressful. For example, the AC needs to be off in the garage when the door is open (understandable) but even when I turned it off and it looked off, it still blowed cold air. I was definitely afraid of getting a nasty-gram. There is also a request to not move furniture but I really needed to scoot a chair to get an inflatable toddler bed to fit. Again, I was afraid of getting in trouble. All in all, a great stay. Looking at old pictures of the property, it's kinda a shame they let the back area "go" and the landscaping isn't kept up like a owner occupied place would be, but that is what it is.
