Another GREAT 4 week stay in one of Matt's places!! CLEAN, QUIET, COMFORTABLE...could not have been better place to stay while working nursing assignment in nearby dialysis clinic.

I stayed at this rental for about two months and it was an amazing experience the way through. It was a very nice and quiet stay and had everything i could have asked for. Matthew was also a great and responsive host the whole time. I definitely recommend this spot and Matthew as a host.

Matthew is an accommodating and helpful host. The place is true to the description. It is clean and welcoming. Please know there is a staircase going up to the unit. Not a problem, just a comment. I will stay here again. It fit my needs as a solo traveller exactly.
