Awesome space. Would have been happy to stay a month. Everything is in excellent, clean condition and well-thought out for travelers. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Zero complaints and would be happy to stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at Matt’s place. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and cozy, with everything I needed. The location was convenient, and Matt was an excellent host—quick to respond, friendly, and very accommodating. It felt comfortable and stress-free from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone considering a stay!

Our stay was amazing. Beautiful home & beautiful view. We had 11 girls & the accommodation worked great. Pool & outside area was perfect. Great location & close to all the shops and restaurants. Matthew was an amazing host and responded quickly to my questions. We will definitely recommend & rent this house again.

The house was absolutely gorgeous. Just like the pictures. My family had a wonderful time. My teenage sons enjoyed the game room while my parents relaxed poolside. The house was perfect for a multigenerational family vacation. We were able to make wonderful family memories.
Matt was a wonderful host. He was very responsive and I love the fact that everything was communicated prior to arrival. The house was clean, organized, and well maintained. To anyone looking for a relaxing getaway , this is the house for you.

Loved, loved, loved staying at Petty’s Place! It is such a cute setup and I had everything I needed, not to mention it was centrally located to everything I wanted to do. I would usually stay at a hotel but I wanted something more like “home” and this was perfect. Looking forward to staying here again!

Felt very comfortable at Petty’s Place. The unit was fully renovated with updated furnishings and amenities. Everything was fully stocked. It felt like home and a hotel at the same time! The toiletries smelled amazing. We loved the coffee bar. Thanks so much for hosting my family and I!

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The house itself is beautiful, with gorgeous scenery all around. We absolutely loved the pool and hot tub—they were a highlight of our trip. The host was wonderful, providing great communication and making us feel right at home. The location is perfect, too, just a short 10-minute drive from all the shops and restaurants in downtown Wimberley. We'd definitely book this place again!

Fantastic place to stay! Matt was an outstanding host, always responsive, incredibly communicative, and eager to help with anything I needed. He went out of his way to share great local recommendations, which made my stay even better. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at one of Matt’s properties again.

Tout était absolument parfait ! Le logement de Matthew est impeccable, joliment décoré et très bien équipé. L’enregistrement s’est fait sans aucun souci, l’emplacement est idéal, et l’ambiance générale m’a fait me sentir comme chez moi. We could’ve stayed at this house for days!! We loved the layout….open concept, homey, wonderful beds (great ceiling fans…iykyk), loved the big windows and natural light. All Of the sliding doors just add to the “open feel” of this house. The back porch is amazing….provides great shade while watching the kids swim. The pool was perfect for our kids. Deep enough to have fun! (Have 2 teenagers and one 10 year old) The hot tub was awesome as well. Heats up so quickly (the iPad/app that controls the pool/hot tub lights etc is so user friendly). The garage entertainment just topped the cake. This is by far our favorite house we’ve stayed in. Just felt right at home. The location is so perfect as well. We loved the “isolated feel”….but were just minutes from new Braunfels with excellent eateries. The delivery ability of instacart just helped make this little vacation so easy and relaxing. Matthew is EXTREMELY responsive. So helpful and kind! Five stars in every aspect!
