My friend and I traveled from Alabama to Houston for work and had a wonderful experience at this property. The remodeled space is truly thoughtful with every amenity you could need—shampoo, conditioner, espresso, extra blankets, and a fully stocked kitchen complete with spices and utensils. The bedroom had ample closet storage, which made unpacking easy. The unit was quiet and comfortable despite being part of a 4-unit building. We did have a minor parking issue (someone was in our designated spot), but management responded quickly and resolved it so we wouldn't inconvenience other guests. This is a perfect spot for singles, couples, or work travelers. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed my stay at Petty's Place! The unit was well equipped for a medium length stay and location was perfect...easy access to highways and walking trails. Everything in the unit was in great shape and no problems at all.

Matt is a fantastic super host. The home was perfect for our stay in Houston. Updated with great decor. Highly recommend for those looking to stay close to downtown Houston.

Very peaceful place. Quiet and private. Parking was easy and getting there was a breeze. Would recommend if you are in the area. It was exceptionally clean and very noise proof. There were other people staying in the other units and I hardly noticed. Would definitely stay again

I had a great stay at Matt’s place! It was clean, comfortable, and just like the photos. Matt was really nice and easy to talk to. Check-in was simple, and everything went smoothly. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend to people visiting town!

Was the perfect mini getaway from Austin. My friend wanted to do something nice but relaxing for her birthday. It has everything you need to enjoy a few days away from the hustle a bustle with your closest friends. Loved getting to make memories and feel very refreshed!

I stayed at this rental for about two months and it was an amazing experience the way through. It was a very nice and quiet stay and had everything i could have asked for. Matthew was also a great and responsive host the whole time. I definitely recommend this spot and Matthew as a host.

Had a wonderful stay at the house. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and making s’mores at the end of everyday at the fire pit. Coffee bar was fully stocked and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The area had plenty activities to do for the whole weekend. We had such a good family getaway.
