Our stay was fantastic. We've been traveling for a long time and this was the first time we felt like the quality of an Airbnb was beyond what we expected. Matt was a wonderful host and prepared some of the most detailed and clear instructions I've ever seen, not only for our check-in, but for how to use every single appliance in the house. A truly honest 5 star experience. We will definitely be coming back to this location whenever we visit Houston again!

My friend and I traveled from Alabama to Houston for work and had a wonderful experience at this property. The remodeled space is truly thoughtful with every amenity you could need—shampoo, conditioner, espresso, extra blankets, and a fully stocked kitchen complete with spices and utensils. The bedroom had ample closet storage, which made unpacking easy. The unit was quiet and comfortable despite being part of a 4-unit building. We did have a minor parking issue (someone was in our designated spot), but management responded quickly and resolved it so we wouldn't inconvenience other guests. This is a perfect spot for singles, couples, or work travelers. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed my stay at Petty's Place! The unit was well equipped for a medium length stay and location was perfect...easy access to highways and walking trails. Everything in the unit was in great shape and no problems at all.

This place is gorgeous, even better than the pictures. So much to do for our family of seven! The pool, game room and fire pit were a huge hit. The game room is over the top, best I’ve ever seen!! It has everything and we ran out of time and wanted to stay longer to play in the game room. Thank you for a wonderful family getaway!

Very peaceful place. Quiet and private. Parking was easy and getting there was a breeze. Would recommend if you are in the area. It was exceptionally clean and very noise proof. There were other people staying in the other units and I hardly noticed. Would definitely stay again

I had a great stay at Matt’s place! It was clean, comfortable, and just like the photos. Matt was really nice and easy to talk to. Check-in was simple, and everything went smoothly. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend to people visiting town!

Was the perfect mini getaway from Austin. My friend wanted to do something nice but relaxing for her birthday. It has everything you need to enjoy a few days away from the hustle a bustle with your closest friends. Loved getting to make memories and feel very refreshed!
