We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, yet quiet and comfortable. This house was stunning inside and outside!! Perfect location for a larger group of people looking to relax! The house has everything you need and Matthew was a great host. He was helpful and quick to respond. I would recommend this house over & over.

I stayed at Petty’s place for 56 days while relocating to Houston from overseas, and it was an excellent experience. The renovated interiors and modern amenities made the stay very comfortable, and the home had everything I needed. Matt was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout my time there, which I truly appreciated. The location is also fantastic — with quick access to I-10 and White Oak Bayou just a few minutes away on foot for walks or runs. Overall, I had a great stay and would 100% recommend Petty’s place to anyone looking for a convenient and welcoming spot in Houston.

Awesome space. Would have been happy to stay a month. Everything is in excellent, clean condition and well-thought out for travelers. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Zero complaints and would be happy to stay again.

Our stay was amazing. Beautiful home & beautiful view. We had 11 girls & the accommodation worked great. Pool & outside area was perfect. Great location & close to all the shops and restaurants. Matthew was an amazing host and responded quickly to my questions. We will definitely recommend & rent this house again.

The house was absolutely gorgeous. Just like the pictures. My family had a wonderful time. My teenage sons enjoyed the game room while my parents relaxed poolside. The house was perfect for a multigenerational family vacation. We were able to make wonderful family memories. Matt was a wonderful host. He was very responsive and I love the fact that everything was communicated prior to arrival. The house was clean, organized, and well maintained. To anyone looking for a relaxing getaway , this is the house for you.

Loved, loved, loved staying at Petty’s Place! It is such a cute setup and I had everything I needed, not to mention it was centrally located to everything I wanted to do. I would usually stay at a hotel but I wanted something more like “home” and this was perfect. Looking forward to staying here again!

Felt very comfortable at Petty’s Place. The unit was fully renovated with updated furnishings and amenities. Everything was fully stocked. It felt like home and a hotel at the same time! The toiletries smelled amazing. We loved the coffee bar. Thanks so much for hosting my family and I!
